SPL Life Sciences의 96well Hanging Drop Plate는 spheroid 배양에
최적화 되어있습니다. Hole의 모양은 물방울이 안정적인 배양할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 배양액이 증발하지 않도록 reservoir가 포함되어 있으며 장기간
동안 배양이 가능합니다. 상부에서 배양액으로 밀어내어 spheroid
회수가 가능하며 hole이 길게 연장되어 있어 물방울이 수면에 닿게 하여도 회수가 가능합니다.
SPL Life Sciences provides 96well Hanging
Drop Plate, suitable for spheroid culture. The shape of the holes is designed
to position droplets safely. This shape keeps the droplets of the hanging drop
consistent and stable culturing conditions. The reservoir prevents evaporation
of the media, allowing for long-term culture. The tube extending into the well
plate facilitates collect of spheroids.
